I will explain and show you various techniques for you to create your own ceramic clay treasures. I will explain the clay/pottery process and show you some simple hand building techniques such as pinching, coiling, slab construction, scoring and carving for you to create your unique object d'art.

PART 2
This workshop is designed for any age group, male or female, if you will allow me to say that. It's a chance for YOU to be the artist and PAINT ceramics with specially formulated underglazes and glazes, to survive a KILN FIRING. I will demonstrate various techniques for you to glaze (PAINT) ceramics.
Your choice of ...

COST
$40 for 1 hour. Purchase and pay for 4x 1hr visits, save $16
$80 for 2.5hours. Purchase and pay for 4x 2.5hr visits, save $32
The cost includes tuition and guidance, use of tool underglazes and glazes and a kiln firing.
PAYMENT
Cash on the day is preferred. Advanced payments can be paid in to my bank. I will send to the details, at the time of booking.

PARKING
Our courtyard is limited to 3 cars. If possible, carpool with a friend by leaving a car in the old school grounds at 49 Cherryville Road which is about 1.5 kms before our studio. FYI, if you have access to a 4WD, you may prefer to use it as the last 1.1kn is a bumpy dirt track.
